The seeds for Party Crew! were first sown in 2004 when Susan devised an idea for a children's party business that would offer party planning and party entertainment via a team of trained hosts.

The following Spring, Susan left her job as a sales director so that she could work more flexible hours with her new party business and thereby spend more time with er children.

But Susan didn't stop there. She has since franchised her idea and now employs women across the country who offer themed parties for children's birthdays and other special occasions.
